Industry Week 2023
From 27 November to 3 December 2023 the Lacroix group took part in Industry Week. We tell you all about the forum and plant visits and all the other actions organised to promote industry to everyone.
A gender equality forum
On Thursday 30 November our team was in Saint-Claude to take part in the Mix&Match Forum organised by voluntary body FETE (Femmes Egalité Emploi).
Specially designed for women, the aim of the Mix&Match Forum was to bring together women looking for jobs or retraining opportunities and present the wide variety of trades and jobs in industry that have tended not to be on women’s radar.
It was a chance for our teams to take part in an event alongside the region’s companies and training organisations. The objective for us was to present our activities and the wide range of skills we have in the group.
An immersion in the industrial world
On 27 and 28 November 2023, the Lacroix Group opened its doors to visitors for Industry Week!
A class of penultimate year high school students studying for a vocational baccalaureate in Maintenance and a group of students on a post-bac diploma course in manufacturing process design, visited our sites at Ardon and Champagnole. The visits were an opportunity for students to learn more about our company’s history and activities.
An immersive experience in the industrial world to discover the all the different trades that work together within our group!
